Hot stone promotes relaxation and opens the energy pathways. The warmth helps release tight muscles and enhances the soothing effect of the pressure. It also expands blood vessels and therefore improves the blood circulation throughout the body.  A couples massage is a wonderfully relaxing, personal experience. During the session, two people receive massages at the same time and in the same room from two different therapists. The therapy provides many of the same benefits as other types of massage but with some added bonuses.  Back Walking coupled with Swedish or Deep Tissue massage allows our therapist to provide amuch deeper penetration of the muscle targeting specific pressure points thanthey can provide with there hands. |
